Many of our current Committee Members have indicated that they plan to stay on for the 2018 season, but we will need some more new people to get involved as well.
Maurice Petrilli is stepping down as Treasurer after three years so we will need someone new to fill this role. Maurice has been a great asset to the Club in keeping our finances in a strong position, enabling us to set aside funds for things of benefit to the players, such as the bags that were provided this year. Big Thank you to Maurice for all his work over the past three years.
The Treasurer role mainly involves preparation and monitoring of the budget, paying invoices, and preparing financial reports for Committee meetings and for the AGM. It is not a difficult role for someone with a finance background and a few hours each week to spare.

The new Committee will be elected at the AGM on Wednesday 18 October; it would be great to see a big turnout there to support the Club.
