We are currently finalising the design for our 2018 training tops. Training tops were introduced for the first time in 2017 and proved very popular amongst the players. Finals Football – Northcote Park Seniors & Reserves

Hi All, Week 2 of the finals has both the Northcote Park Seniors and Reserves playing in the second semi final.  Unfortunately the under 19s bowed out last week but with most of the team bottom aged they will be back bigger and better for a big tilt at the flag next year.  They say a week is a long time in footy, I'm hoping 3 weeks seems an eternity for Macleod as 3 weeks ago they defeated Northcote Park by 14 goals.  It will be different on Saturday though with 8 changes to that team including the inclusions of…

Planning for 2018

Many of our current Committee Members have indicated that they plan to stay on for the 2018 season, but we will need some more new people to get involved as well. Maurice Petrilli is stepping down as Treasurer after three years so we will need someone new to fill this role. Maurice has been a great asset to the Club in keeping our finances in a strong position, enabling us to set aside funds for things of benefit to the players, such as the bags that were provided this year. Big Thank you to Maurice for all his work over…

Grand Final Results

U12 Silver Grand Final A valiant effort from our Under 12 Silver team was not enough to overcome the strong Keon Park side, with Northcote going down 10.7.67 to 3.3.21. A terrific team effort from the boys and girls to make it to the grand final, and a great experience to learn from. The team and supporters unwound with pizza and a parents v kids game back at McDonell Park, with a good time had by all and no serious injuries to report.

Finals News & Results

Apart from an exciting win for U12 Silver, the Preliminary Final results unfortunately didn’t go our way. It was a great effort by our U11 Coaches, Team Managers, other volunteers and especially the players to have both teams contesting Preliminary Finals. The boys should be very proud of what they've achieved in making it to the second week of their first finals campaign. U14s have moved up a division from last year and shouldn’t be too disappointed to lose to a powerful side, and they wouldn’t have made it as far as they have without strong support from our U13s.…
