Girls ‘Come and Try’ Night

We’re running a ‘Come and try’ night on Wednesday 14 March for any girls to come along and give footy a go as part of the first training session. Under 10 Girls and Under 12 Girls are training 5.30-6.30pm and Under 14 Girls and Under 16 Girls from 5.30-7pm. An information and question and answer session will follow after training finishes. Invite your friends to come along and try footy on for size. No boots or mouthguard needed – just wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. Check out our flyer

We have put in our team nominations to the NFNL for the 2018 season. Team numbers are looking very healthy for most age groups. We are not accepting new registrations for U13 boys team as we have reached maximum numbers, and we are close to capacity for our Under 11 boys. Rule changes for 2018

New NFNL rules this year mean that only beige coloured skins are acceptable to wear under playing shorts. Any other colour will not be permitted. Runners are now also required to have Working With Children Checks, so please let your Team Manager or Coach know if you already have one and can fill this role on match days (Only applies to Under 11s and older teams).

A big thank you to Melinda Story who has done a lot of research on best practice and crunched a lot of stats to come up with the minimum team numbers required. Free Kick Program wins!
